The materials on this website ("site") are provided by the Dramat as a service to its users, and are for informational purposes only. Single copies may be downloaded subject to the stipulations below. By downloading any materials from this site, you agree to these terms. Please do not use the site or download any materials from it if you do not wish to accept these terms.

Materials on the site are provided "as is", without any express or implied warranty of any kind, including warranties of merchantibility, non-infringement of intellectual property, or fitness for any specific use. In no event will the Dramat be responsible for damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, and loss of information, arising from the use or inability to use the materials herein, even if the Dramat has been advised of the possibility of such consequences. As some jurisdictions prohibit the exclusion or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, the above limitation may not apply to you. Furthermore, the Dramat neither warrants nor implies the completeness or accuracy of the information, text, graphics, links or other items contained within these materials. The Dramat may make changes to these materials at any time without notice. The Dramat makes no commitment to update the materials.
The materials are provided with "restricted rights." Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject to restrictions as set forth in FAR52.227-14 and DFAR252.227-7013 et seq. or its successor. Use of the Materials by the Government constitutes acknowledgment of the Dramat's proprietary rights in them.
Any material, information or other communication you transmit via any means to this site ("communications") will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. The Dramat will have no obligations regarding communications. The Dramat will be free to copy, disclose, distribute, incorporate and otherwise use the communications and all data, images, sounds, text, and other things embodied therein for any and all commercial or non-commercial purposes. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from this site any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or other material that would violate any law.
Information submitted to the Dramat through forms on the site is governed according to the privacy policy.
Linked sites are provided as a courtesy to visitors, and as the Dramat is not the controlling body for said sites, it is not responsible for the content or any links contained within any linked site.
